Re-polish Onyx cabochon while in Ring
This class ring with a black Onyx cabochon had been worn for many years and the top had lost its polish due to many scratches and pits from years of wear.
The young lady asked me if it could be made to look like new again without removing the stone from the ring.
By being able to re-polish the stone in the ring, we are able to save the owner the cost and risk of un-mounting and re-setting the stone back into the mounting.
