Faceting Gems from Rough

We facet gems from small to large. Simple cuts or complex patterns. We are willing to use your rough gem materials or our materials.

Cost for Faceting: The cost to facet gems is a function of 3 factors

  • The Size of the stone - Large gems take longer to cut than small ones.
  • The Type of Material - Hard materials usually take longer to cut and polish than medium hardness or soft materials.
  • The Complexity of the Cut - Complex cuts take longer to cut than simple cuts.

Cost Estimates: Because there are so many variables with Size, Type of Material, and Complexity of facet pattern, it is impossible for us to print a simplified cost sheet. Please contact us with the specifics of your need and we will be glad to respond ASAP with a cost estimate which you can pass on to your customer.
