A jeweler in Arkansas sent us this set of 18 karat gold cufflinks which were inlaid with Lapis. One of the Lapis inlays was broken and needed to be repleced to repair it.
We keep a large stock of Lapis of all shades and textures for cutting and matching.
As you can see, the Lapis inlay on the right is broken.
You may also notice that the original stones were not matched very well nor did the one on the right fit well in the mounting. We can improve on both of those factor when inlaying the new stone.
