We re-polished the crown of this Emerald
This is an Emerald which a jeweler sent to us to be re-polished.
We always examine the gemstones closely before beginning the re-polishing process. If we see any flaws which could present a potential risk during the cutting or polishing process, we will call you and let you know of any risk which may exist. You can then discuss the potential risk with your customer. If you and your customer decide that the risk is acceptable and give us the go-ahead to work on the stone, we will proceed to make your gem look like new again.
On expensive stones such as this, we go a bit slower and take extra care.
