Blue Chalcedony has become popular in the past few years and has been used by many jewelry designers.
This is a good example of the blue Chalcedony material.
Here you can see where I traced an area for a freeform shaped cab which I then cut for a jewelry store.
This is a piece of the blue Chalcedony as it comes from the ground. You can see the natury bubbly looks of the surface which is known as 'botryoidal'.
Some jewelry designers like to use this surface in its natural form.
