Dinosaur Bone rough material

Most well petrified Dinosaur Bone is a good material to work with. It makes very nice cabs and inlays.

At the recent gem show I noticed that the prices of nice Dinosaur Bone material have risen. Probably due to rising demand.

This is a good material to be used in men's ring.

Pinkish Dinosaur Bone rough material
Stk # DB-2

This piece of petrified Dinosaur Bone has a pinkish color.

We are often called upon to do a set of his and hers wedding bands. Women aren't always fond of the red Dinosaur Bone because they feel it has more of a masculine look. This pinkish material appeals much more to women and it is still close enough in appearance to his to be considered the same material.

Another pinkish Dinosaur Bone rough material
Stk # DB-4

This is another but slightly different piece of the pinkish Dinosaur Bone material.

Reddish Dinosaur Bone rough material
Stk # DB-5

This is a nice orangy colored piece of Dinosaur Bone. It has a very tight grain and is a very hard and solid piece.

This one would be a good candidate for use as a watch dial. You can see where I have traced circles for a dial.
