A jeweler sent me this Madiera Citrine was broken by the customer and they loved their ring so much they wanted a new Madiera Citrine cut to match their broken stone.
I happened to have a piece with the right color to match and that was large enough.
I needed to find a piece of rough material of the correct color.
You can see the large chip on the stone on the left.
